1. Service Description

Wrapinator provides AI-powered vehicle wrap visualisation services. We generate preview images showing how vehicle wraps might look on your car. These are digital previews only and may not perfectly represent the final physical result.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you don't have rights to use
• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute generated images for commercial purposes without appropriate licensing
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are used to generate wrap visualisations
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law
• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Unused credits do not expire

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain rights to images you upload
• Generated Images: You may use generated images for personal and business purposes related to vehicle wrapping
• Our Platform: All platform code, design, and AI models remain our property
• Gallery Submissions: By submitting to our public gallery, you grant us a licence to display your generated images

6. Business Directory

If you register a business listing:

• You must provide accurate business information
• You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date
• We may remove listings that violate these terms or appear fraudulent

7. API Usage (Business Accounts)

Business API users must:

• Keep API keys confidential
• Not exceed rate limits or fair usage policies
• Comply with all applicable laws when integrating our API

8. Disclaimers

• Generated images are previews only - actual wrap results may vary
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or accuracy
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our visualisations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrapinator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
